Booth Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing via letter or e-mail (email@example.com). A refund of 50% of the total price will be given for cancellations received prior to October 21, 2011. No refund will be given for cancellations received on or after October 22, 2011.

Exhibits will be open during all breaks and the Wednesday and Thursday luncheons.
Setup will take place on Wednesday, November 2, beginning at 7:30am. The conference begins at 10:00 a.m. that morning. Any boxes or crates you have shipped will be located in the exhibit area at the setup time.
An exhibitor directory will be included in all conference registration packets. The directory will include your company's name, contact person, telephone number, and web site.
Materials are shipped to and from the conference location (Grand River Center) by the exhibitor. Because of space constraints, booth shipments will be accepted at the Grand River Center no earlier than Monday, October 31, 2011. Please address your boxes to:

Please make sure you bring return shipment labels; your materials will then be picked up at the conference center and delivered directly to the shipping area for you.
